*General Advertising Specialty, which may be referred to in the industry as promotional products, includes such products as: (a.) bags, including tote bags, duffel bags, messenger bags, drawstring or “cinch” bags, laptop bags, knapsacks, but excluding any equipment intended to be used for camping activities; (b.) belt buckles; (c.) carabineers; (d.) coins, including tokens and medallions; (e.) compasses; (f.) drink-ware, including ceramic mugs, plastic mugs, plastic cups, travel mugs, and water bottles; (g.) decals, including stickers and bumper stickers; (h.) eyewear, including sunglasses, eyeglasses, and binoculars; (i.) fishing lures; (j.) flying discs (e.g., Frisbee); (k.) key chains; (l.) lanyards, including eyeglass straps; (m.) notepads and planners, including appointment books and portfolios; (n.) small pocket knives (including multi-tools) whose per-unit cost is no greater than ten dollars ($10.00); (o.) ribbons; (p.) soft-side coolers; (q.) sunscreen sticks; (r.) whistles; (s.) wristbands, including silicone and woven bracelets, “snap” wristbands, and Tyvek wristbands; and (t.) writing instruments.
